You have nothing to lose, all that is there, is the joy for you to feel. Think about it this way, if you have a problem and you got solution for it, then, you obviously will not worry about it. However, if you have a problem and there seem to be no solution that could be done by you, then, no point for you to worry about it either.

It's better for you to Let Go and Let God to handle things that you cannot handle. God has more power over everything compared to you. Know that every single thing in the Universe contains the Life of God. So, stop pressuring yourself from things that's not making you to feel good. Do not give your attention to bad things. If it keeps coming to you, just ignore it and choose to do the right action for yourself.

When you face the things that brings worries to you, get rid of it. Every difficulty in your life are there to make you strong, for you to overcome it, that's the journey of life, from imperfect being to perfect being. All your rainy days will be taken away by the God and replaced with rainbows, yet for the God to do that, you must give way and trust Him.

Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. - Psalm 46:10

Ignore those kind of thoughts instead of fighting with them. You must choose which one to entertain... so choose to entertain good and positive thoughts.
